In his (limited) spare time, Joe pursues his passions - fly fishing, mountain biking, hunting, tennis, golf and photography, and now his most favorite, spending time with the grandkids.

"To be successful in real estate, you must always and consistently put your clients' best interests first. When you do, your personal needs will be realized beyond your greatest expectations." - Anthony Hitt, CEO Engel & Völkers North America

" >Licensed Broker Joe Gary, who is well-known in the Atlanta residential builders community for his expertise and in-depth knowledge of the greater metropolitan Atlanta real estate market, held management positions within a large national mortgage company for 15 years before joining his wife Shirley Gary at her company About Sales, Inc. in 2011.

When she decided to expand into general brokerage and start Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, he supported her every step of the way. Now, as part of Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta's top management team, Joe oversees the operations of the Buckhead Atlanta 'Property Shop.'

In addition, as Builder Account Manager for Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, Joe is responsible for the day-to-day relationships with builders and their teams, as well as the overall success of the company's flourishing new homes division that currently includes more than 50 neighborhoods and subdivisions.

A native Atlantan who grew up in Sandy Springs and Buckhead and who received his BA in Marketing from Kennesaw State University, Joe has seen the landscape of Atlanta transformed - and he has been an integral part of the city's exponential and continuing growth.

"It is our job to stay on top of trends, changes and opportunities in this great city for our homebuyers, sellers and builders," he says.
